3-tier (12″,8″ and 4″) of chocolate cake sandwiched with and covered with chocolate ganache. The cake is then stacked together. Once set, liquid dark chocolate is quickly and magically transformed into strips of solid chocolate that are moulded around the cake. Layers of chocolate are put around each tier before filling with chocolate shavings and topping with fresh fruit.

This size caters for 90 guests. From £495
