Sweet As Mini Milk, White & Dark Wraps

“We wanted to write to you say a very very big thank you for our FANTASTIC and very delicious wedding cake. I think it was the biggest hit of the day – our guests are actually STILL talking about it! We were so pleased when we saw it – it looked beautiful, and as for what it tasted like – well it was most definitely the nicest cake either of us have ever had, it was so gorgeously moist, the chocolate wrapped around each individual cake was amazing and the fruit was really lovely and fresh. Even more delicious that we could have imagined (and we are chocoholics)! Thanks so much for coming all the way down to deliver and set it up – really sorry that I missed you (I think I may have seen you driving away!), but the day was all a bit of a whirlwind and I guess I didn’t get a chance to look for you when we got to the hotel. If we ever pass Leamington Spa we definitely plan to pop in and say hi – and probably buy up most of your shop! Thanks again for everything”

Individual chocolate rounds, drenched in chocolate ganache and left to set on their own boards. White, milk or dark chocolate is then wrapped around each cake. We finish the wrap cakes with red berries and blueberries. The top tier is our chocolate ruffle cake which is our chocolate cake wrapped with a milk chocolate collar and finished with ruffles of milk and white chocolate.
