Chocolate biscuit cake

Feeds 8 portions

200g Milk chocolate

200g Dark chocolate

150g Butter

225g Golden syrup

100g Rich tea biscuits

80g Digestives

Line 8″ square tin

Melt chocolates, butter and golden syrup together slowly in microwave (20 seconds at a time and stir between each heat)

Break biscuits into 1/4s

Pour chocolate mix over biscuits and stir until all biscuits are coated.

Pour whole mix into 8″ square tin lined with greaseproof paper.

Set for 2 hours in fridge.

Enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
