THE cake that everyone is talking about!

2017 is the year of the drip cake.

This beaut of a cake started in Australia a year or so back and the magic of Instagram and Pintrest has brought it to our lovely creative shores.

We LOVE making this cake, the look on people’s faces when its unveiled is one to treasure.

Three layers of freshly baked chocolate, vanilla or lemon cake sandwiched with delightful chocolate ganache, fluffy vanilla buttercream or creamy frosting then drizzled with chocolate.

To top this off you can choose your favourite sweets to go on top. Oh My.

To jazz things up a little we have created a rainbow drip cake! (which makes us sing red and yellow and pink and blue…… until the cake is safely off to its home 🙂 )
